What is Pistil’s return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pistil products. Please mail returns within 30 days of placing your order. All returned products must be returned in unused condition.

What is Pistil’s warranty policy?

How are Pistil hats sized?

All Pistil hats and headbands are one size. Pistil styles that have an elastic or adjustable band will be noted in item description. Some Pistil headband styles come with adjustable buttons for custom fit.

What are the care instructions for my Pistil hat, headband, scarf?

We recommend that you hand wash all Pistil products at cold temperature and dry flat. This will prevent shrinkage and prolong the life of your garment. Care instructions are also listed on the individual style on the interior product tag.

How fast will my Pistil web order ship?

All Standard Shipping orders are shipped within 2-4 business days. All Standard Shipping packages will be shipped via FedEx Ground. *Orders placed after December 15th will not arrive before Christmas.
