Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Note: During holidays and inclement weather there may be some delays in your shipment.

All Standard Ground packages will be shipped via USPS.

Shipping Delays

Pistil Designs is not responsible for delivery delays arising from factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or strikes. We aim to process and ship orders within 2 business days after your order is placed and provide your tracking information via email. However, once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over its handling or destination. For the most accurate and up-to-date information on current delays and transit times, we recommend checking the tracking information provided by USPS and UPS.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pistil products. To ensure a smooth return process, please read the below to get started!

  • Return Window: You may return your Pistil products within 45 days of the original order placement.
  • Product Condition: All returned items must be in unused condition, with the original packaging and tags still attached. The product should be in the same condition as when you received it. If your returned items are damaged due to insufficient packaging or in unsellable condition, we will not issue a refund.
  • Return Packaging: When returning items, please take care not to fold or crease the brim of hats or damage the product in any way. If possible, return the item in the same box it was shipped in, or use a box of similar size to ensure safe transit. Please do not use any envelops/bags for returning hats.
  • Return Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. If you believe the item is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product for further assistance.

  • Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment method.
  • Amazon Orders: If you placed an order on and not on, the return process is managed through Amazon's return policy. To initiate a return, you'll need to log into your Amazon account, navigate to your order history, and follow their instructions for returning the item. Once the return is initiated with Amazon, they will guide you through the remaining steps to ensure a smooth process, making it as easy as possible for you.

If you have any questions or need assistance with the return process, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We do our best to process returns within 14 days of the date of your return. During high traffic times it may take longer for a return to be processed.


Pistil products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. In the rare event the product has failed due to a manufacturing defect or component failure, we will replace if we deem necessary.
