Fantastic hat and outstanding customer service! I have purchased 3 hats from Pistil, and this one is my favorite. The previous 2 hats held up very well for years, but oddly the last one I purchased started getting holes in the weave after a year—it was an anomaly. I let Pistil know about this problem, and they immediately sent me a new one. Makes me an even bigger fan of the company. Highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE this hat!

I absolutely LOVE this hat! It makes me feel sexy, and it’s very functional as it shades my face from the sun. I didn’t give it 5 stars because it smelled SO bad, and I had to leave it outside for a week before I wore it. The smell has dissipated and I wear it daily now!
